[PEDIATRICS] Well Check Up
-the health care provider will check the child's growth and development in order to find or prevent problems. The provider will record your child's height, weight, and other important information. Hearing, vision, and other screening tests will be part of some visits. We also offer immunizations.
[PEDIATRICS] Problem Visit
-an appointment you schedule with your pediatrician when your child isn't feeling well. This is not the same as wellness visits, which are routine and required checkups to protect against illness.
[PEDIATRICS] Pediatric Counseling
-provide treatment to children and adolescents with mental, behavioral, and emotional disorders.
[OB-GYN] Pregnancy Confirmation
-Patients with private insurance who haven't seen a doctor for the current pregnancy between 4-6 week from the first day of the last menstrual period (LMP)

[OB-GYN] Annual Well Woman Exam
A well-woman examination is an exam offered to women to review elements of their reproductive health. The exam includes a breast examination, a pelvic examination, Birth Control Consultation, a Pap smear, basic STD screening upon request.
-Done once a year (One calendar year from your last wellness exam, if you have the same insurance)
-For patients 21 years old and above

[OB-GYN] Birth Control Consultation
Your health care provider will want to talk with you about your medical history and check your blood pressure. You might also need a pelvic exam. Your health care provider may also want to know about your sex life and sexual history: how many partners you've had, what kind of birth control you currently use, etc.
[OB-GYN] Gyn Problem Visit
A visit to the gynecologist any time a woman has concerns about symptoms such as pelvic, vulvar, and vaginal pain or abnormal bleeding from the uterus. Conditions commonly treated by gynecologists include: issues relating to pregnancy, fertility, menstruation, and menopause.
[OB-GYN] OB Problem Visit
During this visit, you will meet your obstetrician and discuss problems you encounter during your pregnancy before your routine/scheduled appointment.
[OB-GYN] Infertility Consultation
During the consultation, you will meet with your doctor for an in-depth evaluation of your medical history. Once the team has a strong understanding of your case, they can begin to outline diagnostic and treatment plans.
[OB-GYN] OB Postpartum Visit
A postpartum checkup is a medical checkup you get after having a baby to make sure you’re recovering well from labor and birth.
-Vaginal Delivery: 4-6 weeks from delivery
-C-Section: 3-6 weeks from delivery
Note: If delivery date is more than 6 weeks, please schedule a Gyn Visit.
[OB-GYN] Pap Smear
-is a screening procedure for cervical cancer. It tests for the presence of precancerous or cancerous cells on your cervix.

For established patients, who wants to speak with a nurse.
*Nurses cannot interpret clinical data. If clinical management is required a provider visit will be scheduled.
